He began helping local families and business owners protect their homes, farms, and livelihoods, one conversation at a time. It wasn’t about selling the biggest policy. Frizzell Insurance began by writing policies with Germania Insurance, a Texas farm mutual founded in 1896 on the principle that neighbors helping neighbors makes everyone stronger. That same philosophy shaped our agency from day one. As an independent agency, we represent multiple trusted carriers including Progressive, Allstate, Hartford, Travelers, Foremost, Texas Pioneer, Dairyland, and more. Frizzell Insurance has always been rooted in family. Betty Sue played a key role in the agency for many years, and Ray Bob’s late son, Tom, was part of the business until 2009. In 2006, James Williamson joined the team, bringing more than 30 years of experience in life insurance, Medicare supplements, long-term care, and annuities. In 2009, Sharon Wood and Susan Cathey became part of the Frizzell Insurance family, continuing our tradition of personalized service.
